Project Description:
"The project was only ever a partial salvage effort, centred first on an attempt to elucidate the basic architecture at the site, and second on establishing the ceramic sorpus resent... The primary orientation of MVASP was to investigate the landscape around the important Late Bronze Age site in the lower valley, but the general aim was to elucidate teh history of human occupation in the lower valley from earliest times." (Manning 2002 p.iv)
